Getting married during mercury rx in 2016 – please help!!!

We are thinking about getting married on may 13, 2016 – we thought it would be funny since it’s Friday 13. But then I looked up when mercury turns rx and that date falls exactly in the rx cycle.
Starts from april 28 until may 22, 2016. It will be in Taurus.

Please give me some insight… I’m really hesitating now whether we should push through with our plans or not. We will get married nxt year, but to be honest the mercury rx kinda scares me.

Should I chose another date?!

It's not that I'm afraid per se but I heard it a 100 times. no marriage during merc retrograde.

hm maybe only things like communication/traveling etc are affected. 🙂 maybe we'll have to make sure everyone got their invitation - twice. lol

this is a guy you are suppose to know so fucking well ... that communication was settled long before he put a ring on it.

Or maybe it is an issue ... and you're just agreeing to marry him without true sincerity, trust and standards.

Well we’d love to choose Friday may 13 because we also consider this date as a lucky one (we won a big amount in the casino on a Friday 13 hihi) and because it’s funny since many people think of it as a really bad day and we are like “who the hell cares we’ll make it a good one” haha

Maybe I should think about merc rx the same way. If we have to deal with a few people coming 10 minutes late, I guess we can handle that ïŠ
It says that you shouldn’t sign contracts etc on that day or make spontaneous big decisions. Right? Hm I don’t consider a wedding to be a spontaneous thing. It’s planned months before.

you could do the actual contract on a differnt day with a justice of the peace (if in US) then have your ceremony on the 13th for freinds/family etc if you are that concerned.

Do you know how many Mercury Rx and Venus Rx some couples have been through? It's simply ridiculous to base your marriage date off of. Marriage works based on your partnership, not on the day you marry.

We'll go with may 13, 2016. 🙂 thank you all for your advice. I know marriage isnt based on the date - heck I'm an aqua and I'm curious and if I read a douzen times on douzen websites don't marry during rx than heck I'll investigate and read up on it and ask other ppl for real experiences.
