Having an MC or Midheaven in Cancer,

Could someone further explain this placement to me? And how it affects an individual? Mine is in Cancer.

And what do these represent?



The bottom portion, not the planets. Oh and what is a Chiron? What does a True Node mean? I'm sorry to ask so many questions lol but I'm still learning about my own chart! I figured I'd get more traffic in this forum asking these sorts of question.

I know one. He has been a hard worker since a kid lol. Umm.. Always was a topper at school, college. Still aims high. Is a very caring, nurturing, a soothing presence (Pisces sun and cancer moon). Cares a lot about his family. Esp mother... He appears as though he doesn't like his dad...i highly doubt, maybe he's just disappointed with his father's manners/habits. He's liked by everyone and is pretty much social(libra rising too) ...but he has that homely streak and is more mellow in his conduct...not the sunny social butterfly type. Has 2 close friends. And....he aims for a career that gives him a position to serve or help people. He's verrrrry good with little kids and animals! Sleeps a LOTTT. Hmmm...that's all I can say.

I turn to sleep for solace A LOT; my dream world is a safety zone for me, so I could understand sleeping a lot. I love kids and animals. A lot of loved ones call me the baby, kid and animal whisperer lol I find that I'm often almost too nurturing when people may not need it. I just feel an urge to cover, protect and heal people who are hurting around me. May have to do with it? I don't know.
