It's still in Scorpio, not Sag yet. Very close. The lines on the chart are countable to determine degree.

It's approximately 29' Scorpio.

So the ruler would be Scorpio or Pluto, or Mars if you use the traditional association.

But Sag is in the house, so it's an "interception."

Sag rules your 12th house.

If your birth time is accurate to the exact minute, then this is your chart, but if it's off by even a few minutes the ruler might be Sag/Jupiter or earlier in Scorpio/Pluto/Mars.

So the ruler is Pluto, er mars, with Saturn in my 11th house. I think saturn is also retrograde? I'm still trying to get a good reading of my chart, and figuring it all out.

Retrograde meaning....can someone point me in the right direction with that one??

Yes, that's right - ruled by Pluto/Mars with Saturn in your 11th house.

I don't know much about retrogrades. I have a few in my chart but don't think they do anything. Others may disagree. 🙂
