How?because im really tired of it,i know when i speak people look at me like i had grown a 2nd head,i can get their attention because of my deep voice but then its like whats the use of my voice getting the attention if they treat me like that?

My asc makes me stoic and approachable, so they say.
my ascendant makes me look innocent like a child so im approachable and people just come to me naturally but then when it comes to work they dont give a shit about my opinion and ideas,they look at me like im not capable of it and that i am weak

I'm an Aqua ascendant. But my progressed ascendant is Pisces. I feel this way a lot. I feel overlooked too.

Why be so bothered whether people take your advice or not?
That is there choice ..... All you can do is suggest. Save your energy for yourself and allow them their own choices ?

Some people find me incredibly intimidating, some people view me as weaker, or not strong until they see me in action or attempt to "test" me.
I have Mars sextile my ASC which is in Taurus.

probably why when i speak people tend to look at me like im bossy,authorative hence most of them hate my guts because they dont like to be boss around lol even when im just having a conversation or giving my honest opinion

Whats your MC and aspects to another planets. I found the only way to change is with angles, specially rising and MC, but since with your rising doesn't work, it has to be with MC.

It's probably that cap Mercury that makes your voice seem so harsh to people. As for rising I wouldnt know how they work because I got frickin 4 planets in my 1st house!!! So how I come across to people I have no clue
Ask one of your close friend,i did she has been honest with it now i know what to change,im concern because what people see in me is important in our business,its the tone in my voice its not right with my face and body,i look like a kid but when i speak my mind people find me intimidating and look at me like i have grown an extra head,its quite funny to be honest,amusing even

I have the same asc, sun and Venus as you.If you speak common sense people will listen, if the advice doesn't fit the situation or the persons desired route of change they won't listen.
Sometimes I don't give advice I just let people learn.
i do the same its either take my advice or dont take it, usually they dont and i rub it on their face saying i told you so,they still dont listen though they never learn

well its our dark side but in time he will learn and evolve,i've been in a lot of stress anxiety because my emotions are too intense,moon in scorp need to learn how to let go first then find some way how to release that intensity or else the person will go crazy to the point of self destruction,i still find it difficult to control my emotions sometimes

I wouldn't underestimate a pisces.Piscean can destroy or unite people.
They do lol,i would go with unite since i need that for my living,i can destroy them if i want and create havoc but i wont,i would just stay as silent as before look stupid as they see me,then shocked them later they woudnt know coz most of them think im weak
