You said almost abused. You can't talk about it - that is 8th house. Secretive.

Neptune in 8th isn't good, it might lead to confusion or not fully understanding/dealing with 8th house issues. NN there too is interesting. You life purpose might center around 8th house issues. You have cap NN which is very good.
