So apparently.. the only thing that match in my life is just my sun +venus.. great ?

Sun + mercury = voice i dont think so..

My voice is so childish it hurts my eardrum ?

Edit: sun sag merc cap.. i mean.. cap should sound super serious like professor serious right? Something that I am definitely not ?

It's not so much saying how your voice sounds but your voice in a sense of how you communicate.

So for example my sun is in Aries but my Mercury is in Pisces.

So I'm kinder with my words more so than an Aries would me. But I'm still blunt and straightforward.

It's pretty good as a descriptor for me, but I think my Mercury and/or Saturn are involved with some of them and also house placements.
