Yes, I'm a Gem and feel my Scorpio rising more now. It's difficult to tell whether it's happening naturally, or whether it's happening because I live with a Scorpio partner.

I noticed my Aries rising kicked in since puberty. I had the typical Arian problems apart from the head and my nose is getting pointier according to people.

when i was younger i was such a aqua! rebellious and eccentric haha. used to argue on everything and stubborn. nowadays, friends say i grown..and the traits they talk about is very similar to a libra rising. I dont care to get my points across and argue? rather agree to disagree. (of course some aqua is left). "balancing" so to speak...not as crazy hyper yet not so calm. just learning to balance in degrees of appropriateness hahaha. so yea libra for sure.

Aries Rising - I am very childlike, but other than that? Nope, I personally don't notice it. Other people do though. Such as people who I don't really like or people when they first meet me. I don't pretend to like anyone either. I hate that fake shit...I have WAY too much Libra in my chart for me to become more Aries... ever.

My cap ascendant made me appear to be a very serious child. I'm starting to loosen up as I get older.
I'm Virgo asc. With regards for my need for complex organisational systems and to have order and structure in my day-to-day dealings, Virgo asc rules.
My younger sis is Virgo and I have a close relationship with her, moreso than my Scorp sister although the relationship is getting better over time.
I find as I get older I like to know what I'm doing (daily plans) and I am very time-conscious. I have a lot of common traits with my Virgo sis which is interesting.

When I was younger my Virgo sun Leo moon were more dominant I think. Now that I'm older.... Virgo is still there but my Scorp rising is trying to sneak in little by little lol

My friends are like when did you do that or when did you buy that. I just don't share like I use to. I have developed the infamous Scorpio Stare and I don't even know I am doing it half the time. I see people looking at me and "I'm like what are they looking at" then something says they are wondering why you are staring at them you FOOL. 😉
yea acting more like my asc aries and i really dont like the impulsive and impatience. now i have to word twice as hard to tame it and just let things happen with out being hothead ugh

yeah-i'm like that too. i'm an aries with scorpio ascendant. in my earlier years(in particular before 21) i used to dash through life without thinking about too much except how to gain as much respect, admiration, and desire from others. and i gained a huge fan club of many followers. then some things happened that made me look at things in a deeper way and a desire for more authenticity. my world had come apart. society will corrupt an innocent soul into a mean, spiteful person. the purpose is to return to innocence-how you used to be. it's like bruce lee said about learning martial arts(it applies to life too). when you first learn-a kick is just a kick-a punch is just a punch. when you learn more-a kick is not just a kick-a punch is not just a punch. now that you know the way-a kick is a kick, a punch is just a punch. that applies to who we are as people as well and the journey of our soul.

When I was youger I was more like my asc.I remember my homegirls saying I do not act like a cancer although I did treat my friends like I was there mom and all of them said I act like a mother but I was bossy too leo leo leo.I am a lot cancer now. But I also have a leo moon .

i actually looked it up on google earlier-just to see how many links i could find. just type it in google. i'm going to be ripped to shreds here? ok mr serial killer clown. anyways. you go on youtube and check out krschannel. he is mainly into vedic astrology but also into western astrology as well. this guy really knows what hes talking about and really interesting to listen to. take it easy.

I am an Aries with CANCER ASCENDANT.
Hmm...I was a TRUE aries kid. Even the way I looked, was sooo Arian like. Sharp eyes, in yo face behaviour, that rawness, that innocence, that naughtiness, was very vivacious, was very much into sports, used to throw tantrums when things wouldnt go my way...everything that a typical aries child is! [🙂]
As I grew.. things started toning down 😛 ..I barely get angry now, I started looking more Cancer like - my eyes! they look so feminine, and are warm and innocent, I lost my piercing fierce eyes! and look more Cancerian-ish. My cheeks, they're full and I dont have that face which sharp lines(edges whatever) I had when young... more feminine etc. My overall behaviour took a 180 degree turn LOL. I'm more caring, sweet, I still am vivacious naughty and sporty compared to my counterparts, but I am more toned down lol... I'm 60% Cancer and 40% Aries now [😛]
ALSO - I have noticed that my emotions, thinking, way I percieve the world, way I behave with close friends became more PISCEAN like. I feel my mars and mercury are influencing me aprt from my rising? Anyone here feels that other planets in your chart are influencing you more??

I think so. I feel more Scorpio in my reactions and analyzing, but my Gem doesn't let me to wallow in misery. Always looking up, but I never forgive wrongdoing and am extremely patient when it comes to waiting for karma to bitch slap people. I will over-analyze till the point of mental anguish and pain things that bother me.
So, Yes, I would agree, I'm more like a Scorpio now with Gem rising as I get older. It could also be the age and experiences that bring it out more.

If you know your ascendant (rising sign), do you think that you are getting more like your ascending sign as you get older? I would particularly like to hear from people whose ascendant sign is very different from their Sun sign, as is mine. I am a Virgo with Sagittarius rising, and I think I do feel that I am perhaps becoming more "Sadgey" with age, although unfortunately I am still waiting for the "outrageously lucky" side of Sag to kick in! (Got the "socially clumsy" side, though, I think lol!) With me I also have Saturn in Sag in the 1st house so it has indeed been a "challenging" ascendant for me to deal with!
