Retrograde planets in a chart?

Has anyone ever seen a chart with 4 planets retrograde before?

Mercury Aries 24°14' R

Jupiter Sagittarius 4°33' R

Uranus Libra 10°26' R

Neptune Sagittarius 2°22' R

Pluto Virgo 27°24' R

What tickles me most is :

Venus Aries 5°28' is NOT retrograde

What does this mean and why?

I know someone with 7 retrogrades in their chart, but then again a couple are in the really minor planets like node and lillith which apparently are always in retrograde

And it doesn't really mean anything. Just that your venus isn't as intense

That's 5....and most cancers, leos, virgos, libs and sco have 3 retrogrades, cause Ura Nept Pluto go retrograde in spring, and direct in autumn, more or less. EVERY YEAR. All the other planets go retro regularly. It's a 50/50 chance almost.

Maybe it means you're more feminine. I have 5 or 6 retros, l'm pretty intellectual and intuitive for a guy...no a fat macho bastard.

This in not my chart, its a friend. Taurus sun. Born in UK.

I am Libra and don't have any retrograde planets, was born in Southern Hemisphere though
