Good lord, some of the comments here... first world problems, spoiled brats.

I wonder if people were THIS picky 100 years ago. I see a lot of this as a server. It's understandable if someone hates spicy, onions, seafood, whatever. But some of this other ridiculous shit I'm seeing here (as well as at work), you all need to be slapped upside the head. Were you this picky as a child? I can't help but wonder if mom and dad had any part in catering to such pickiness. They either catered way too much to your bullshit or they traumatized you by not learning how to feed a child correctly.

Many of you should be thankful you can afford to be so picky. There are too many people out there who are just happy actually have FOOD, period.

You crack me up rocky.... So what if someone is picky about the foods they like.. more for others that do like those particualr foods. Just because you like certain foods doesn't mean im a brat because i don't. Also ,doesn't mean it had anything to do with how they got fed.

Just like people like certain looks in other people.. food is the same way. Yes, I'm thankful "I" can choose what i do or not not put into my body and if i dont like something i dont HAVE to eat it.

Almond milk sucks the nuts they are. It's more like almond juice.

But try chocolate hazelnut milk, and you'll be screamin your lover's name

...okay. maybe not THAT good..

This sounds amazing. Like liquid Nutella haha.

i don't really believe it but i know some italians who naturally eat gluten everyday say they noticed a difference when they started eating gluten free pasta.

The thing about gluten is that the springy protein in wheat is just hard on some people's systems, aka Celiac's disease and gluten intolerance. All these other silly bitches who latch on to this current "fad" diet are just silly bitches. They make these sweeping claims when it's mostly a placebo effect, tbh. It is so maddening to see so many people cling on to this current trend when they know nothing about it and think it's a "diet" and will help them lose weight/be some miracle cure.

Get properly diagnosed with Celiacs or gluten intolerance and then go on about the woes of your special diet. The gluten craze is getting out of hand and only retarded hippie types think it actually does something for them.

"Oh it causes an inflammatory response, blah blah." Bitch please.

I feel bad for those who have legitimate gluten allergies. All these other stupid asshats making them all look bad. When I'm at work, it's so easy to spot the liars from those with real allergies.

Dude, there's just not liking certain things and then there's just being picky beyond reason.

You are the latter. It's pretty obnoxious.

Actually, it has a lot to do with how you're fed. Kids can be turned off to foods due to how a parent fed it to them. If they associate a negative experience with a food, chances are they won't eat it again. It's pretty simple.

Please comment when you actually know something about the topic dear. I mean really, you're comparing looks to food? What a fucking stupid statement, Jesus.

I've also noticed that the insane picky shit is a white people thing. In other cultures, I don't see much of this happening, tbh. Cultural trends in eating, sure, but this whiny "eeeew, i don't like a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h, and z!!!!!" not so much.

Again, it leads me to believe that we've got some spoiled bitch mentality going on here. :/

To each their own, really, but it looks pretty bad when people brag about their insanely picky eating habits.

LOL.

Not going to fight with you about a food topic. And yes it's all about preference, whether it's food, sex, coffee, guys, gals. All personal preferences. But you have your opinion, i have mine. We can just disagree.

Just so you as a server understand, i am very basic when i order, if i go out, to make it EASIER on folks in the food industry. i am not one of those on the fad diets as you stated. I actually do think about the person that has to not only make the order but to take it..

I eat a lot of carbs-pasta, bagels, and bread. I also eat a lot of red meat, but i'm starting to switch to more seafood especially tuna. I could use more fruits and vegetables, and i eat eggs every morning.

I prefer hot food to cold, and my favorite restaurant is owned by a Gemini Iron Chef-i've eaten duck liver and eel spine at his restaurant.
I eat whatever the hell I feel like eating. My only issues is food being too spicy and raw onion.

I have cut back a lot on red meat. After learning how ground beef was processed, I just... did not feel like eating ground beef anymore. The only exception is In n Out since they process their own. ...last I knew of that was the case anyway.

I still enjoy things like beef stew, steak, and so on. I just tend to eat chicken and seafood more often than red meat though. Tons o veggies and fruit as well. Pasta is total noms. Load it up with a heavy veggie sauce and I'm good. It was all a result of a behavior change I had to do awhile back. Now I need to have veggies with my meal or it's just blah to me. Whenever I go out to something like KBBQ, which is usually a lot of beef, I'm the one trying to order more chicken and veggies haha. Need moar veggies!

rice is cheap but fuck that gluten overload monstrosity! 😛
Gluten isn't in rice?
u r correct

I know I am.

Your statement was just hard to read haha. I wasn't sure if you were saying gluten was in rice or if the demand for rice because of gf foods is causing an overload on rice production.

I don't often agree with horoscope descriptions of how signs eat...as a Cancer I am supposed to LOVE food but I am super health conscious (veggie-vegan), I work out often and eat foods to maintain myself at 15% body fat. I am super into calculating nutrients over calories.

I know many Aquas who are not health conscious at all and always say they will be, or go on brief periods of super healthy eating and back to eating junk. And yet I know Tauruses who are supposed to love food and all but are super concerned about what they eat.

I try to eat healthy whenever I can, but don't really have a strict diet. When I cook at home, I like to eat lean meats and load up on vegetables, which I usually steam/boil or lightly stir-fry. I've accustomed myself to eating blandly (less sodium, sugar etc.), so I generally don't mind foods with little to no seasoning. I love seafood, with the exception of squid and octopus. They taste like rubber to me.

Anyway, I'm not picky, so I'll eat most things, but I do have high standards for what I consider to be "good".

Im a pescatarian but once I can afford an expensive ass vegan diet im going full vegan.

Havent eaten chicken in a year, pork in 3 years, beef in 4 years to give you a rough idea. Havent had fast food in 3 or 4 years. Its mainly cause of my virgo moon and virgo mars in 1st house based off what sites said and shit. Cancers are supposed to be pigs though.
Bs. Cancers take good care of their bodies & tend to go for a healthy life style. I stopped processed foods & shit like refined sugar a long while ago. That's the first thing you should stop having, cause youre feeding the yeast & leaving no space for the good bacteria (like probiotics) Also too much phythic acid is bad for your bones , as it doesn't let them process the calcium.

@dontgetmewrong Ya i typcially order the same stuff over and over my friends and co-workers laugh at me but whatever. I will at least try something new that i haven't tried before.. heck i even tried octupous once even though i dislike seafood. But i typcially stick to what i know and stuff i like to eat.

most of the foods i have listed i have gotten sick after eating them, hence my dislike of them.

When I was a kid. I had to eat everything....IT was always good to see two parents cooking as how I learned how to cook at a young age..Every day was something different and what I learned I share, and hope my kids enjoy it and guests..

In a relationship is it good to have someone cook—? Both my ex and I cooked for each other different things every night. That's a plus..

My parents always cooked a meat dish, side order of some sort, veggies and finally with dessert always..

Now veggies aren't really my thing like green beans. But with a shit load of butter, salt and pepper I'll cook them now. My mom put onion in everything hated it for a while. But now it's helpful in some recipes. Actually most things I use onions. My mom is a veggie freak. I am a sweet tooth freak sometimes we clashed.. she started watching Netflix documentation of farm processing..IT changed her alot now.

My dad used to watch all the cooking shows. And learned to cook his own shit, homemade recipes. He has diabetes so he changed so much and lost weight too.
