Sorry if this post too egocentric, but do people answer without quoting you?

Ive seen it happen a few times, just womderin if thats why l get no feedback a lot of the time. Or it's cause my posts are shit lol

The only time people say stuff to me without quoting is when I've got them in a corner and they want the last word, but are too passive agressive to argue and just hope I don't come back or notice. People like DJ are known for this.

Normally I go into threads expecting to not get quoted. Also I tend to not quote the op in threads they make. I assume they are already on the same page.

Sometimes I do, especially if it's a long post. I just don't want to take up too much space.

And I love your posts.

If it's your thread you should be getting a notification for each post, irregardless of whether they quote you or not. Sometimes it seems redundant to quote the op. So I don't.

I was actually taking this comment to another level. what I mean is a lot of times when I ask a question on someone's thread, I gets no answer. which can only mean 2 things. I'm blocked or the user just ignores me.

Honestly i don't care, everyone has a different style .

Still dunno what max posting is. And l dont go back to each comment of mine...too much hassle...?

Mostly i use @bricklemark when addressing someone directly.

Going back and forth with quotes gets annoying with this format.

If i'm posting in refrence to the op- @OP. As they get a notification someone posted regardless.
