The combination of Sun Pisces, Moon in Aquarius and Rising in Virgo

I was born at 25 February 1998 5pm. My sun is Pisces My moon is aquarius and my rising is virgo.

Like you said i talk like a pisces but many times i can be not shy at all.
I would say it depends on times. There are times i feel freedom and happines and time im anxious (virgo rising).
About my appearance, i look like combination of my 3 zodiac.
Intresting fact im not totally sure yet is the time i was born.
My mother made an album of me and there is a letter wrote the time and date and the time there is 17:00 pm.
Im a bit confused because maybe that is not the exact time i was born. i mean 2 min earlier at 16:58 i would have leo rising so.. if i was born 2 min earlier then 5pm i can have leo rising, that can explain the confidence i sometimes have.
That is why im a bit confused right now.

You maybe right about the time.
The time of birth is never the exactly time.
You may round it according to the watch, the real time you born could be 2 or 5 minutes before.
No one is watching a birth and looking at the clock.
After the baby's clean, the time is set with 1 or 2 minutes before, or with that time.
