Venus in Aries Mars in Pisces usually shows up as someone who flirts boldly, makes the first move, then later becomes emotional, unsure, or withdrawn. Many people notice they go from confident pursuit to overthinking feelings or avoiding conflict. In real situations, this creates strong attraction at first but mixed signals as emotions deepen.
I have a Venus in Aries; my approach to love is very fast and direct. I tend to know what I want right away and I'm not afraid to go after it, hard. In relationships, I do have a problem in that I get bored quickly, I need constant change and stimulation or I start to get restless.
With the other info you give, I would say he is probably sensitive, he has a restlessness in him. He can seem calm, but inside there is a nervousness. He is probably complicated! This person is passionate and wants depth but may have a hard time being open emotionally about how they feel, or in deciding what they want. They are unpredictable.

I have both of these placements. For me, it's pretty much a bit of both. If it's something I want it's being forward all the way. Once I have what I want and/or everything is nice and comfortable I tend to be mostly passive. As I'm writing this I realize it's probably little to no help; haha. I blame my Sun in Pisces for this one... or the lack of coffee thus far.
I have both as well and I truly believe in a combination of placements because I am like the above - hard and direct and quick in labeling what I want and then being more laidback, calm and passive as the relationship progresses - I think the Taurus Sun/Rising/Capricorn Moon kicks in after I get what I want. If it ends up to not be what I want, the Cap takes care of the clean up - LOL!
So the thing to be ware of is to not get too comfortable until you are together at least a year which is pretty much the should be norm but it isn't.

Might I note that I do not get bored and restless and need stimulation. See how the different combination of placements are - fascinating !

Not to hijack this thread or anything, but being as you also share these placements with me I had a question. How are you with jealousy? I don't think I have a jealous bone in my body, so little I can come off as though I don't care. Anyway... just curious.

I'm not jealous. Yes, I can come off that way as well - not caring. I know who I am (Taurus and Cap help) and I have told men upfront. If you decide you want something else then go for it - I am very faithful and I demand the same.

lol - foo tunny - I have been known to say to a few men "hey - if you don't want to do right by it - I'm sure someone else does" ...

hahaha. That's pretty funny/awesome. I wonder if this is what @MissM had in mind when they said "Forward Aries"? 😄
well Venus in Aries does get some bad wraps - I think mainly for cheating - but it's not all that bad IF you know it and can harness - lol - I enjoy utilizing and trying to maximize the things I was born with - that's the Cap in me there - efficient and effective - lol
and now don't forget about the Pisces in Mars lol - that plays an important part as well in this - those behaviors can cross over into the Pisces Mars realm - "they are out to find the one and do not stop until they find it" - quote from narrative about PiM ... ahaaaa right ?
I'd say a good mix, because Gemini...that speeds up the mind so he'll be more active like an Aries.

haha pretty much. I read that Aries can be very direct.
So pretty much everyone is direct to begin with then backs off when they are bored lol. Sounds pretty much like my gemini
