Venus or Mars in Taurus

Just wondering how many people have Venus or Mars or both in Taurus.

Id like to get some opinions on how you feel it influences you in relationships.

Me for instance im very slow moving into relationships, super cautious, and I inspect everything but once I am ready to go I will be in it for the long haul. Also very sensual and I looooove earthly pleasures. Not one for super strenuous type activities. I love a good glass of wine, time to relax, books to read, comfort, delicious food, anything aesthetically pleasing, etc.

My coworker is a mars in tauri. Awesome with saving money, dresses like a pauper, cant put down the fork.

Yeah I hear you. I have Libra moon/rising and id like to be in it for the long haul (which I will be 100% ) but if he's the right man. My Gem sun doesn't help either. I study them for a long time and cautiously and slowly (painfully) step into it. If I get a feeling anything is off IM GONE instantly.

Sun and Venus in Taurus. Definitely willing to wait for the best or exactly what I want. I let a lot pass me by. Not the right time/circumstance. Life is great with just the simple things. Love to enjoy life. Dont need to go crazy for all the extra. Have to work and put in the time for what I want out of life.

I do this also. I watch from afar, inspect for a while, not impressed? Go back to grazing. I love my Venus and mars in Taurus. I'm definitely a super sensual lover. It also takes me forever to stir from a comfortable area. I'm the type to pick the most comfy chair with cushions out of the whole store. Let myself sink deep into the pillows. Willing to wait for the best too. Seeing that I have both Sun/mercury in Gemini and rising/moon in Libra the Venus/mars really adds a nice earthy "grounding" no pun intended. Need that earth to pull me out of the sky and add some balance to my life.

I have a Mars in Taurus. I'm very slow with relationships, also. I'll be single for years before I decide I might want to mingle again. It doesn't bother me either. I know a lot of people who are upset within months of being single, they just "need" someone ALL the time. Yuck. I do love to flirt though, always been a big flirt. I'll blame that on my Venus in Aquarius. 🙂

I LOVE to read or draw in my bedroom, just because the temperature is JUST right and its the most quiet in the house. I get so upset when I'm at an uncomfortable temperature or if my house isn't the right temperature haha. I have comfort problems, ha. I love delicious food, as well as cooking delicious food. I get a lot of pleasure out of making delicious food for others and myself. I'm not lazy, but when I'm home for the night, in my jammies, you usually won't get me back out. 😛

I must control the thermostat-- unless you like it colder than I do. 🙂

My dad (Cap) always kept the house pretty cool when I was growing up (and he still does), and I'd rather throw on a sweater than sit in a stuffy house.

And I'm happy to pay for it-- its worth it.

Not fond of a blaring television, either.

Also funny about finances-- in relationships. I don't understand the "I just got a tax return, therefore I must blow every penny on something I don't need" philosophy.

Especially when there are more pressing things. Bleh.

Purchases are planned and well thought out. Read reviews from several different sites before I go out and make the plunge. As for real time I'll stand in the isle for about 20 minutes comparing and looking, doing mental pictures in my head as far as what will look the best in the house. I LOVE buying things for my place. Especially new bed sets, lamps, furniture, cooking ware, etc.

Mars in Taurus here too. I enjoy the Earthiness so much im transforming my life further in order to be closer to it. My next short-term goal is to build affordable Zen gardens for people who cant afford them. The next decade of my life will be titled: Harmony. I always say , strike while the iron is hot, in other words, if we have plans, dont be late, dont postpone...because it doesnt take much for me to decide im staying home and relaxing because i do have everything i need at home otherwise, i wouldnt call it home. As far as relationships, if i really want to connect with you, i will take my time because i seek deeper levels, i need deeper levels (says my V in S)....afterall , you want the sex to be soul shattering right? lol

I have Mars in Taurus and find it very hard to let go of people (i.e. really end relationships) and feel I should/must go through hell rather than do so. I don't mind too much if a partner or even friend becomes very demanding (as long as I can be demanding too if necessary) but I feel very hurt and even vengeful if abandoned by anybody (even a friend). In bed I don't focus just on orgasm at all but am extremely tactile and love for example to be scratched hard (though not till I bleed!) Perfume turns me on extremely. I think I would do almost anything in bed except perhaps gay sex. When sexually frustrated I very much turn to food for comfort.

Im a Gemini with Libra moon/rising, Taurus venus/mars so I sit there forever looking at things. I do it every time. Even last night I get so annoyed with myself because I will go into a store with a list you know the necessities, and come out with those plus a whole bunch of crap. Here is an example. Last night I was seriously sniffing each and every fabric softener liquid, or ill do those scratch and sniff test things on the glade plug ins but not just one like the whole row. Im terrible about product placement too. If it says "new" im like OOO WAS DIS?!

Would you guys say a venus describes a woman rather than men. I find venus tarus men hot to trot, and they are a bit pushy to get intimate. Not slow or loyal at all. However, if you look at their mars, it does reveal more of his intimacy style .

I always do that-- always have. (I also have Taurus rising)

When I was younger, I bought shampoo, etc based strictly on which smelled the best.

I hear ya! I can't tell how I feel either, I tease and assume they get the picture. Though mine is in 11th so I have a friendly approach. Moon in 8th. Romantic fantasies might spin around several people but that Venus makes me devoted to one at a time. I have high standards and I definitely do have a type (anyone else?) and willing to wait for what I want. Not wasting time devoting to someone just to see if it "works out". Have to feel the passion, romance, even doses of obsession. And the sensuality of this domicile is legendary. One quality relationship over hundreds of "seeing if it works out's" any time.
