i've noticed a pattern of pisces, gemini or aqua in various placements in the chart somewhere.

and this is in actors who are good at acting... not those famous for their looks

by good acting i mean: ability to change character instantly and convey it to the audience

I don't know about aspects, but many celebrities have Jupiter and/or sun in the 10th or 1st houses. Also, I have noticed celebrities (but mostly singers/songwriters) with strong pisces or 12th house placements.

I have Jupiter in 10th and strong Pisces

placements... and 12th House.

I don't feel like a celebrity though.

But back to the OP...

One thing I've noticed in celebrities is a strong

Cardinal placement-- Aries Mars or moon, Cap

Moon... even Cancer.

Of course, Cancer.

They're competitive as hell, and they are

HUNGRY for success and fame.

Yeah, but to identify celebrities indicators its a little bit more complex...Cardinal placements would provide the will as you said but someone could be famous for a lot of reason and not every good actor becomes a star, actually a few of them...

Good or bad fame?

Fame for doing what?

For how long?

Famous where? In your city?country?world?

Gemini moon indicates a good ability to impersonate.
