Im born on 21 June 1995 I know its a cusp date. I really want to know if I am a Gemini or a Cancer as per planetary position back on the date .

You're a third decan Gemini, which has nothing to do with Cancer.

if he's going by Vedic then he is, considering he was born in Pakistan.

but i just did his chart, and he has NO cancer placements, (for tropical)

and yet he says he feels he is also cancery at times.

ok if you're actually 3pm, then you're Scorpio rising, which might mean you are cancer decan. have no idea.
