So... maybe the Saturn type is a water sign (Taurus Cancer, Pisces...)

The first link said that the parent is responsible. I don't know that Pisces are real responsible people. I think Taurus usually are, and Cancers are really responsible PARENTS I think. Just what I found.. no facts here I don't think.
