CANCER BIRD AT THE PUB

I was chating this bird up and she ask me up to her place, I did not know what to say I had just found out she was a cancer, How do you turn someone down and not make them fell bad about thereself. I mean everyone knows cancers carry stuff like HIV and other bad things. Lets face it if you do a cancer you will be walking around for weeks worrying about your dick falling off.
