Cancer sun with Taurus moon

So this is like attempt no# 20 at attempting to snag a cancer. Hahaha, just kidding.
Anyway, can anyone tell me about this combination a little more?
He also has his venus in leo and mars in capricorn.

My husband is a Cancer sun and Taurus moon and boy is he the most stubborn thing ever. He is very steady, dependable, when he wants something he has a one track mind. Not as clingy as a normal cancer, we both enjoy our alone time. Got any specific questions?

Thank you! I don't think I had specific questions. I suppose I just wanted to get an idea about this combination. He's definitely a little different compared to the cancers I'm used to. I can kind of sense the steadiness that you mentioned. I'm a virgo with a scorp moon as well as a venus in leo (and an earth based mars), so our charts really interested me since they were somewhat similar.

Yes, the Taurus moon definitely helps stabilize me, but it took maturity too. Until I was about 23-24, I was still the typical moody brooding Cancer. The Leo in Venus makes me a big boasting show-off when I'm attracted to someone. The Leo makes me more the chaser, rather than the one being chased. It also makes me very susceptible to flattery. I love being complemented by the one I desire, more so than others I don't have such feelings for. I also want a woman to look good, dressed up, well maintained when I'm out on the town to her. I want to show off my woman for everyone to see.

You literally just described this cancer. He is also 24 and definitely seems more stable and mature than most, albeit he can have his moments. He's very into what he wears and his overall appearance. I remember that while we were just sitting together, we spent five minutes talking about his shoes and jeans (which were both very nice). But, it helps since I also have venus in leo, so I also care a lot about my appearance. He was very excited that I took the time to dress nicely for our date, although I told him I'd do that regardless. He also chased after me rather than the other way around. I was pretty surprised by this. He also showed signs of possessiveness, even if he was joking. When we were together once, he said to me, "I can't tell anyone about you." I asked him why, since I was generally shocked. He said to me, "The competition would be fierce." He tried to explain himself, but I found it cute, lol. And since my moon is in scorpio, I could relate.
