Cancer/Leo cusps - HELP!

Okay, now it's my turn to ask for your assistance... and maybe even guidance?

I am in love with the most wonderful man I have ever met, but he's on the Cancer/Leo cusp (seemingly more Cancer than Leo)... and he's also the most difficult man I have ever met. I'm a Scorpio & I thought "I" had mood swings, til I met his mood swings. *yipes doesn't even cover it* Any suggestions on dealing with/handling these mood swings and the affects they have on my life and my moods?

He's also highly opinionated & very vocal about it, even to the point of showing me my every flaw. I'm a sensitive Scorpio - A rarity I hear from some of the other threads, but it's true, I am sensitive, to the point that his pointing out my flaws so vocally is painful. He says he is trying to help me be a better person. But how do I show him that, rather than pointing out my flaws, it would be helpful to try to help me get past them ... quietly, less vocally?

He also keeps EVERYTHING bottled up inside... and when I ask him questions to TRY to get inside that shell of his, he backs off even further.

I know he loves me ... and I do love him so much, but the above issues are taking a toll on our closeness.

Help... Cancers... Leos... Someone tell me how to get closer to this beautiful man... please. It's driving me crazy.

Give me YOur cancer/leo cusp sweetheart's birthday. that will be a big help. And how can people say that scorpion's are not sensitive? They are as sensitive as the ohter two water signs and in certian cases a trifle more. They are more adept at hiding their sensitivity.

Many people have this habit of listing other people's faults. What i do is i ask them, "ok great, i appreciate you sincere attempt in reparing me, but do you find anything good in me? If not what are you doing hanging around with a looser like me"? This immediately makes them realise what they have been upto.

Gimme your sweethearts birthdate, that will give me a better idea of whether he is more of a cancer or leo.

Hiya Looney and thanks for writing back. I'm kinda laughing to myself at your comment about asking if they find anything good in you ... only because I realize that statements or questions like that stop me right in my tracks when I'm getting off key lol. That's a really great way to get a Scorpio to stop and think when we're on a roll lol... And, yes, you are correct... Scorpios are quite adept at hiding their sensitivity to a certain point, but I find, when it comes to someone I'm truly close to, I can wear my heart right out there on my sleeve... maybe not a good idea, since I'm better protected when I don't do that lol.

His b-day is July 22, 1979... Hope that helps. 🙂

Myst, he's a bit more difficult than that... While the things you have said are true, there is more here than what is on the surface and I could take all day just trying to explain it. To say he is intense ... is an understatement lol. Add in that I'm not exactly uncomplex and there's the biggest problem of all 😛
