Hello cancers! im currently dating a cancer male who has said he has loved me and could never stop caring about me we have been dating for three months yet he still does not want to commit he says i am very impatient and the fact that i had one drunken night scared him away until he forgot about it any advice from you cancers please help i really care about my cancer i want him to be happy i love how he keeps me grounded!

Well there is no rush i suppose i just think if you care about eachother why not just be together already i mean does whats is he waiting for i of course will wait because i do care he does tell me he wishes i could just go with the flow and to stop overthinking all of the time hmm... :/

Don't forget a relationship is a two way street. What he wants is just as important as you want (not just your wants and needs). So you guys are at a stand still you want a relationship label (or commitment or whatever) he doesn't. You can't force him to so either you break it off because you don't want to wait or you BE PATIENT.

In the long run you have to pick and choose your battles. Is the title/ commitment so important that you will forgo your love? Sometimes the meaning and the feeling is more important than the love itself.

IME Cancers mean what they say

You're just going to have to take his word for it. There is only so much a person can do to show you their love. IME with talking to girls in your same situation they always want more. Once they have the commitment then it's this thing and that thing. Always getting their love to jump through hoops to prove their love. Maybe you need to be secure with yourself and understand you have the capabilities to know when someone os telling the truth or no ( especially someone you love) Your a Sag for chrissakes! The impatient Aries has a handle on Cancer dudes here, lol.
Here's the skinny-when a Cancer dude tells you what you said in your earlier posts, he's telling you exactly how he feels. You have to step back on let him process (and I can't emphasis this enough) if you like this guy.
The fact that he has said anything like that is a big step (for him).
If he's said that to you (quoting your Post) he means it.

Yes, I am with a Cancer man. Lol, I have a Virgo rising too and a Venus in Pisces (which I think helps).

LOL I think I might be too much too sometimes but he loves it. Don't be afraid to be yourself but if you fuck up don't be afraid to say sorry and shower him with kisses if he deserves it 😉

OH and yes it does seem odd haha but i have known him for years weve known eachother since hishchool sweethearts he was my prom date and we had crushes on eachothers we are just currently re-dating again friends to lovers! the best! 😄

Thats good! and it's important in order for a Cancer to open up to you you have to make him feel safe. Don't push, don't judge. Just be patient. And if he closes up just leave him to his thoughts.... LOL ok maybe I shouldn't be giving that advice, because when my cancer man retreats to his shell (most of the time I let him be) but sometimes I will ram my way in their and snuggle up there in his shell with him. I think he loves it 😄
