Cancerians how do you stop feeling down?

My brother been feeling down lately, it seems that he's falling into depression. I kind of know what's going on with him, but not into much details and I don't like to push him to talk, but I want to help him somehow. He's stubborn, I try to invite him to the beach (which he loves), he won't move.

It seems that he admired a girl who turned out to be a bad person. He's also been so stressed out bec. of work. He's always been a hardworker, but this time it seems that it is heavy.. he's not the same

Any idea how to pull Cancerians out of depression?

I am a Cancer and I don't pull out, I just have to ride it out.

People who try to help just tire me out more and make me feel guilty. It's like I have to manage them and their feelings when I am already having a hard time managing my own. Maybe let him know that when he feels up to it you are down to hang out, talk or not talk, inside or outside and then leave him to decide when he is ready.

I like to spend time with people I like. Also, in general feed the moon, whatever sign the moon is, find what that type of moon likes and give it to them.
