based on my current relationship with a 35 year old cancer, I'd say not really. He acts like a total 5 year old when he's feeling 100% comfortable and relaxed. Being in this state he also talks about a lot of stuff with me, telling me what's happening in his life, sort of "confessing". When he's upset he still goes under hill shell. It depends why he's upset about. If he is because of me, he would not talk to me that much/be distant/etc. If he is because of external issues, he also retreats but when and if he's comfortable with his thoughts and the mood allows, he tells me everything.

Haha that sounds typical. And a bit like me at times...Thanks.
