Do you think...
i post in here, because i'm a cancer myself, and would like to know if it's stupid or wrong of me, as i let it get to me today.
Its not stupid but is not professional either.
If you feel harassed by your manager, write everything up and set up a meeting with HR if th8ings dont improve.
Getting emotional wont resolve anything and will only make you appear weak. Im sure he's picking on you cause he thinks you are weak.
Toughen up and you'll see a change.

getting all sensitive or emotional (crying) when your team manager is pointing out at you with his words rudely, but not directly, and purposely doing things with the other team while excluding you, and when someone, say a manager of another team, lays his eyes directly at you and gives you dirty looks and cut his eyes numerous times at you, stupid?
