Hey crabs....what do you guys/gals do when you're in emotional overload?....It just feels like everything is setting me off and making me react in the following ways:seething fits of jealousy, possessiveness, and mind games. I get all these feelings all at once....won't give me a break....now ususally I give the impression of being calm, and unruffled....but I'm loosing my mind here....how do you get it back...?

Go somewhere else where you can just being alone...take time just being with yourself..it usually works for me... Sometimes when we do have those moment and can't seem to be on balanced with our emotion...we tend to be that way.. Do some sports..some active and aggressive one...like boxing or something...hope it helps! 😉

lostsoul is right in that you just need to go off by yourself and find healthy ways of releasing that negative energy. i lift weights and have found it helps me control my stress.

good shit....so I guess I'll go look for a dark hole to brood in...lol

only thing is I feel my emotions are all so deeply ingrained, and so strong I can't figure out a way to expel them and be rid of these feelings so I can move on...I'm usually on top of my emotions (well they're more like urges) even though they're strong, and impulsive....It's as if they're 'haunting' me....maybe I just need to drain the main vein...😛 lol
