Gemini Male for Cancer Male?

A fantastic Gemini (who is the most amazing guy I have ever met) has recently entered my life. He makes me really happy. As a Cancer guy, am I mad for even considering him? I have heard Geminis and Cancers don't match. What should I expect?

Aquarius female here...
I know I cannot judge all Gemini males by a few...but, the ones I have been involved with always seem to want what they don't have...they will try hardest to win you when they don't have you...when they have you, the fun of the "game" is over for them... and they make look elsewhere for another "prize to win"...
Again that was just my experience...and Aquarius is supposed to be compatible with Gemini. As friends, we do fine...that is where I keep it!
