Help me out with this cancer boy?

Hello hello 🙂 Theres this cancer male i've liked for a really long time now, about 6-7 months, intitally it was just a small crush but then we really started talking and it developed into the sort of like where your heart feels like its plunging when you see him.. etcetc.

He's liked me for about two months now, and I know this because he's told me before as well as asked me out. Also I believe in body language so I've been reading it lol. The first time he asked me if i wanted to hook up and i said no because i don't like having something short etcetc. So he kind of ignored me the next day and then I didn't talk to him or see him for a week because of school holidays.

When we got back from the holidays we started talking again. (We don't call or text each other, he hates texting/facebook/msn.. you get my point) this time he asked me to go out with him and I said yes, but he changed his mind two seconds later. Two days later he asked me again, and i asked him, "do you mean it" and he said yes, so i agreed and he changed his mind AGAIN. ugh

So the next two times he asked me I thought he wasn't being serious so I turned him down, and he got really moody and quiet the next day, and then we would start talking again. About two weeks ago he asked me to go out with him and i said okay, and the next moment he said something about being grounded. Which in other words means he basically changed his mind.

WHAT IS UP WITH HIM!!!?!!?!?
He says things like we're going to get married and that he shares good times with me and I really don't know what to do. Also next week I won't be talking to him much because we've got exams, and the week after we've got christmas break for three weeks. Idk whats going to happen when school starts again because i'm afraid things might change.


All his three relationships this year were very short (think two weeks) but i also know for a fact that he knew these girls for less than a week before he asked them out. we've known each other for a year. It's so strange because he's so sensitive and hes like a little boy at heart but he's like that?? I think i'm decent looking i'm not very attractive or anything so i think its my personality that gets him because we're quite similar in some ways, eg we like all this childish things and we're really silly and all and people say we suit each other so i think he's kind of sincere.

Oh yeah and he's not like "sought after" or anything. like people dislike him because they think hes kind of queer :/

Anyway, you should just let him initiate conversation with you. This will let him know that you're tired of the confusing behavior. Just don't blow him off when he wants to talk (if you are into him). And if he asks you out again, ask him what he means by 'going out.' Communication is something that is lacking in most relationships these days, and isn't so easy to do when it involves someone you're interested in... the younger you are, the harder it is.
