Yes.
If so, what would determine you to say it?
If I really felt it and thought the other person felt it back.
If you say it and you don't get back the "I love you" what happens to you?
I would withdrawl and shell up.
What does mean when you say to somebody "there are days when I just care about you and days when I love you"?
Sounds like the person doesn't love you every day.
What about "I love you when I am not with you but I love you even more when I am with you".
The person wants you around more often/all the time.
Do you get shy when someone asks you to tell them that you love them? Would a cancerian say "it sounds so weird" about/after saying "i love you"?

If it was forced and/or I didn't really mean it, then yes, I would say that it sounds weird. I think most Cancers don't like being forced into doing things, and love is definitely one of those things.

Be extra nice and ask to see him more. Act like a love bird but don't talk about it until he does. Make him want to tell you again but next time, don't tell him his feelings are stupid.
veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy strong! i dont say them to someone i am with untill i am ready, some boyfriends i never said it at all. Those are not words you use lightly. Anyone i love, i am willing and ready to take a bullet for them!
It takes long time for "love you"
less time for "like you"
seconds to say both if i am drunk, lol (kiddin')
Actually, a Taurus friend wrote "Love you" as signature on a little note today. I wasn't expecting that. Such a gentle bull. 🙂
