I think she stole the necklace, because she didn't give any non-verbal cues of innocence during the courtroom proceedings. Throughout the video of the procedures in court, she keeps folded arms and a crossed look in her eyes. The non-verbal cues of an innocent person are far more obvious, with open posturing, hands and eyes. I just didn't see any innocence when I saw her behavior in court. My sixth sense on body language is usually correct, but I have been known to be wrong from time to time.
