Manipulative Cancers

My best friend is a cancer and she tells me she will and her ex was a cancer and she was a manipulator.. My guy friend told me he was going to mind control his girl.. And my ex had a cancer moon, and yeah... She played so many mind games.... Y'all do. Not everyone, but embrace it lol

Or how they cause drama and while you're all bothered, they're calm... I guess that's why they're called "cancer" ... Think of the disease... Spreads rapidly, attacks you in subtle ways.. And can destroy it if you let it... My friend literally have problems not breaking her girl heart, I have to convince her... But It doesn't mean it's all cancers, just observations...

Everyday we manipulate others to like us, to do something for us, anything. Be it self-gratification or validation.
Cancers are at least honest. They're also very empathetic so they're intuitive about others wants and needs. With great strength comes weakness which means some might use it to their advantage.
But who wouldn't? At least at first?

I don't think being honest and manipulative is that simple. I can be honest about my life but what I choose to show you can paint a completely different picture based on how I want you to perceive me.

Maybe not a single event be definitely when judge a person as a whole. You can't judge someone based on that anyway just like you can't define yourself based on one event in your life. I mean you can but that creates a very static character and probably with low self esteem to boot.

Well to manipulate can mean to use or manage skillfully. What about positive manipulation?
If someone told you to manipulate a piece of clay into a beautiful form would this be a bad thing? To manipulate your self or a skill like dancing into a beautiful form etc is that bad?
To manipulative your reality is to create with skill.
I wouldn't consider myself manipulative but on the other hand I know I must do it.

And yes we all use negative manipulation too. But it's less enjoyable for the world. In comparison to who or what though?
Honestly individuals in comparison to groups or institutions fade away in terms of manipulative behaviors.
Manipulation, fueled with good intent, can be a blessing. But if it's misguided or badly intended no.
And yes we all manipulate both negatively and positively.
I am not very good at it though. I think I am transparent. But it's not for lack of trying. I get bored!

The only male cancer I ever met is just like any other guy IΒ΄ve met and got attached to: a liar. He lied straight to my face several times, even after I told him, that I had been deeply hurt before by that very tactic.
I am manipulative too, part of my job is to manipulate. But I wouldnΒ΄t concider myself in the same category as that guy though. He did it knowing how much I had been hurt before and just didnΒ΄t give a fuck. Only occupied with his own feelings.
My wish for him would be to mature and to know how it feels to really fight for something. His life has not been easy, but heΒ΄s a quitter and gives up the second thigns get tough (with everything). I hope he meets someone that can spark some sort of fire in him instead of him manipulating his way through life.

Posted by starwarsTrying to maintain or control an event or situation. So in this case I think everyone is/can/has been manipulative depending on the stage of their life. Some more than others. Does it mean that they can't be honest? No. People can be honest when they want to.

But I think both can be very manipulative. With cancers it's usually for loved ones or for selfish reasons. For Virgos IME it can be for personal selfish reasons but mainly there's usually an agenda. They like to manipulate people to like them and to sway them mainly to get ahead. Now anyone can be like this to all and any varying degree. These are just my personal observations and understandings. I have met sweet and wonderful Virgos in my life that care deeply for their friends and family. I just notice a stronger loyalty in crabs.
Nonetheless it's very interesting to talk about and discuss and listen to those with different opinions on the matter π
