Re:Women courting Men

i'd like a consensus on the above subject.I feel if a girl likes a guy,she should just go ahead & tell him.Apparently,many people dont share this view as they feel the chase should be done by the guys.But what if the guy doesnt chase? I mean how do you know if he's interested? Ok,i know this guy,he's my boss.I'm kinda attracted to him and would like to tell him so but i'm afraid of being rejected.What should i do?If i wait for him,i'll end up on the shelf as he likes to maintain the boss-staff relationship thing.Should i just forget it & move on?i"d like my fellow cancerians opinions as only you caould understand what i feel and all my fears & inhibitions.U could e-mail me at:p_amyrose@yahoo.com.I really hope to hear from you guys as i've been suffering for 4 months wondering what to do!

The only aspect that creates a difficulty here is that he is your boss. At least that is my opinion...
I have been a boss and worked hard on treating the employees fairly and all that jazz...I had a male employee interested in me (I was single and still am...), anyway, I refused to date him because I was his boss and I knew that the gossip would escalate and no matter how I treated him at work it would be seen as "special"...after I left that job, we did date and it didn't work out...but, my real point here is that your boss sounds like he has the same views as I do when in that position...
Perhaps you could let him know...but, also consider getting a different job?
That way he will not have to think of you as an employee...
I know that may present a problem...but, I will tell you that even when it came to female employees wanting to be my friend...I was somewhat reserved, as, it is amazing how the gossip goes and how the employees start thinking the boss has favorites...
I tried to be fair in all my dealings with employees as their boss, and, it turns out, that is how they feel about me to this day...that I am fair, even though I am no longer their boss...(Thank God!)

He probably wishes you weren't his employee so he would feel free to date you!
Do you pick up on an "interested" vibration?
