Recipes for tauruschic

Why haddock of all recipes?!! It does sound good though. Tauruschic, what would be your fav meat to cook with? I really like cooking with some yummy appetizers, kinda nice between a couple. Wine, apps, and candles. But ya a good meal is the kicker I guess.

Haddock is thicker than sole and less fragile, less chance of overcooking it. As for salmon, i don't really have a recipe.

This is very good with rice too, but i strongly suggest that you replace the butter with a soft cheese.

Salmon is deliceous with fresh dill, peaches & honey. yummmmmmmmm
