I met this guy through friends. We made out a couple of times, never slept together because he didn't want to in the circumstance of how it almost happened. Us both drunk. He said if he does, he will probably lose the interest of anything ever being. Then for some reason he became very rude toward me when I'd see him at certain events until someone told him to get over it. Over the time at those events, even now when all the BS is over and being nice... he's given me those over the floor looks. You know, when I'm busy talking to someone or looking elsewhere I'd catch him looking then looking away. I have a feeling he likes me, but how do I find out. Is there anything I can do to break the wall and find out.
Or Am I imagining all this.

No I wasn't with anyone. Thing is we have some close friends in common, with whom he works with. He asked me to keep what happened quiet but eventually in my drunken moment I kinda slipped. A friend who liked him a while back (she's now with someone) I think was the issue. After she told him to 'get over it' he got nice. Haven't seen him out in a while until now. It seemed to me that the reason nothing happened was because should things not work out, friendships might be ruined. All that's over. So suddenly he's showing up at events again. I had a bf for a bit, we're broken up, kinda talking to someone now. But he'll give me those looks when he sees me talking to other guys, then he will go up to any other girl and we'll both be like "peaking" then looking away.
I genuily like him. I don't use people to stroke my ego.

My ex-cancer said that he had me "investigated" before he decided to pursue me.
He told his friends that he liked me and they went out spying for him. And when they reported back that I have a clean record. Expect for the " ex- boyfriend" of mine that he knows about nothing negative came back.

I liked him but wasn't interested in anything romantic with him at the time. So, I guess cancer are indirect.
