I like your response Moon Man! Only thing is she is very warm and huggy with most people so how do I tell if a Cancer is really flirting and not just being her sociable welcoming self?
Approach her in a private setting. Cancers, male or female, are notorious for their workplace need for privacy. I would never share my personal activities with people in the office even if I am dating someone at work, my ex a female cancer was the same. So get her out of the office as someone said and then flirt...
Good to know about at the workplace! Thank you for advice. From what Ive gathered I believe her chart is...Sun -cancer, Moon - Aquarius, Mercury - Cancer, Venus -cancer, Mars - Virgo

There's a formula for the age gap.Take the older person's age, divide by two, then add 7
36/2 + 7 = 25
The youngest person she could date and it not be socially weird is 25.
lolI have no idea who came up with this formula but I guess it can be used as a rough gauge.
Life is life and there can always be exceptions to the norm.
I like this
But what would keep you all fromt being married by the time you reach 36? As far as I know she has never been married, and has been single for a while. Do you all just have that much of a shell? You all do not seem the type to play the field a lot? Does it take you all a long while to get into relationships? All of the Cancer friends I have seem to fall into relationships quite easily and for long stretches of time, so I cannot figure this one out? I know why I have not, I'm picky and apparently having Aquarius in Venus makes you not so keen to be in relationships, even though I don't have a problem with them.
Why is that do you think or from what you have noticed? I figured with as homey and warm and emotional as you all are supposedly that would go hand in hand?
Jeez must be somethin going on with July 12 women! Thats so weird, I will look for that thread

ok, I know you all will laugh... but I don't care! You all wanted a thread about the women so here it is...
There is this Cancer female I work with who is approx. 11 years my elder (I'm going to be 26 in March 20 and she is 36 atm, July 12). I am a Pisces/Aries cusp and she is all Cancer. She is openly bisexual, we have a lot in common, she is funny, in the public eye and has a lot of power/money. I rarely meet anybody who has as similar interests and goals as I do and idk why but power can be a powerful aphrodisiac (sp?). Obviously I'm not only interested in her power, but that is a very attractive part of her. I read in a book entitled "Sextrology" that often Cancer lesbians (bisexuals) do not care much about age but will often turn co workers into lovers and are perfectly fine dating somebody younger they can shape into their image... or something like that. My question is how young would you females consider dating somebody to be TOO young?
I've seen her check me out a few times and each time I think, ohhh lady if you want me you could have me all you have to do is ask! Even though she's older, idk she exudes this womanly image, has an amazing rack (my favorite body part on a woman is the chest and I've heard that is Cancer forte), and quite frankly has still "got it". What shocks me though is how she has reached this age and is still not married or does not have a partner that I know of. What would get you all to that age and still not have "settled down"? She is quite busy and involved in a lot of things with the public so idk if she has not found the right person for her or is just so busy she has no time? I figured with as pretty as she is she'd have people ask her out all the time!
I'm trying to think how to approach this. If a guy or girl that much younger came on to you or you sensed attraction would you be flattered and think ohhh hello!.... or be like eww too young. I don't know if she'd go for it either because she is so much in the public eye and I'm so much younger. I thought a lot about it and personally for me if the situation was right or there were enough in common or shared goals/life style I would not mind having a sugar mama in my life. I wouldn't use her for anything I am very independent and hate the idea of somebody lording over me, but if she wants to take me on some trips with her I'm not going to complain!
Ladies your thoughts? Also I hope I didn't offend anybody with the age comments
