I want to take her somewhere that we can talk and get to know each other the first dates were to the movies. An you can't talk much there.

Have fun...worry about that other shit later. Take her to the gun range and pop off a few rounds! Somewhere that isn't tooooo intimate. No movies. Dinner is almost pretty played out these days. Any carnivals around your way? I'm thinking corn dogs and Ferris wheels 😉 Or an arcade. Keep it light and fun. Oooh...maybe even a petting zoo or somewhere with animals like a pet store or something. You try to pry too much too soon ans she's gonna jet.
