Why Is Security So Important To Cancers? And...

what type of security do you mean? Is it monetary or something else?

Sounds like those seeking "security" are lacking confidence in themselves and/or are relying on someone else to get them thru life? I hear this alot from Cancer natives that "they are looking for security". Would like to hear from Cancers as to what this "security" is that you all search for and have to have and what does it relate to?

I, as a cancer male can understand those who do not understand "security". Let me try to clarify this for you. It has nothing to do with confidence or "insecurity" of ourselves, although we all have a bit insecurities at times - it's normal. For myself, because all my close relationships involve some type of emotional attachments - and we do give alot to others via love, compassion, sensitivity, loyalty and support, we have to feel that these gifts are not taken lightly - for we give these to those we TRUST and are "secure" in the fact that they won't be abused or destroyed. It's all about emotions, nothing to do with anything physcial.
We truly give with our hearts, not heads, and we like to think that is respected and cherished. When it is not, a cancer will cut ties to that individual, not to return again for the same fear. It all comes down to security and trust. Like I said, it's all about emotions - which run very, very deep. I hope I shed some light on "security" for you. Cancers are good mates, but not to be taken lightly or for granted.

All is really well for me! Except that I work straight nights and feel confused frequently! LOL! It is really weird going to sleep and waking up and the date didn't change...
But, I love my job. I have a wonderful relationship going with my guy which just keeps getting better!! I'm a happy girl!

I agree with your statement...however I do have to add that most cancers also like the finer things in life, and like to have a money stash to feel secure. Worring over bills, etc. does not make for a very happy cancer.
