Any gift is enough, home cooked meal sounds perfect.

If you wanna gift him something material..

Caps are so invested with work, I was thinking something related to his job or he could use at work.

That was my main idea as well , however he has so much stuff related to his work already... I will need a bit more of time to think about something very special. Something that will stand out from everything that he already has.
