Same values and same sexual drive. If both are true Cardinals, that should keep the relationship progressive enough so that complacency doesn't set in.
My first gf in college was a Cap. I had met her once when I was 8. My mother worked at a library 30 miles away. I went to work with her one day and there were 3 girls my age there. I must've teased the Cap girl so she went and told my mom and I had to sit in the car for the last 45 minutes until she got off work lol.

When i was 17 years old, i was with a capricorn girl. we were kind of a royal couple, because i was the most arrogant guy of the class, and i had dissrespect many teacher and she was the most loving girl of the teacher, knowing all the hiearchy.
we were both delegate, but i always find excuse for not at council lol. i remenber too that i wanted to kiss her all the time, omg all the time. in class we were sit beside each others, and during class i let fall my pen many time and i was tolding her. Oh alright. Yes as a cap we seem to lack" that ". I feel like I show those things in other non traditional ways than other signs. They like lots of words and feelings. Where if I'm putting time into you, helping you with stuff, doing stuff for you, just being there, opening car doors, blah blah. It's so hard though when you're with another cap to take that affection to the next level bc they seem as emotionless and distant as you do. It's definitely a learning experience!
