Cap women: how do you get along with Libra women?

I tend to have a hard time with Libra women in the workplace especially. It’s like a constant battle of trying to prove each other wrong or it’s very strained. I find they don’t want to take responsibility for their actions or mistakes and try their damnednest to charm their way out by blaming other people. After that, I’m just done with them. They try to use any weaknesses against you.

I know other Libras outside of work and they seem okay but I don’t have any close relationship with any. They do seem fun and cheerful and I do like that energy. So, I don’t think it’s a sign thing necessarily.

I’m not trying to bash Libra women, just curious if anyone else feels that strain in a work environmentt.

Or any Libra women, do you have a strain with Capricorn women? Maybe it’s the way I come across at work — serious, focused, expectations that people own their stuff, etc. maybe I’m the problem. Lol!!

I'm a Cap that don't get along much with Libra women either (socially and/or work), they always seemed intimidated by me even though I don't do anything. At work, the Libra women here never finished their job and always came up with diplomatic excuses. Grew tired of their 'charm' card. Socially, kinda tried to befriend them but they always act strained. But I do get along with the men much better in a superficial level. My younger sister is a Libra too and we're not very close in a deeper way, mostly just surface talk.

i have a work colleague who i formed a friendship with. she is amazing. i respect and adore her so much. her company is great. she's funny, clever, a total role model. i have no problem with caps.

As a Cap... yes(and this is me even having a libra moon). I get along well w most Libras socially but work place is stressed.

I have a Libra boss right now and there’s always a weird tension when we interact. And no, not the exciting type of tension but a mistrustful one. Like i feel that he doesn’t trust my skillset and downplays me but equally doesn’t give any feedback.

Hes very stingy w sharing info even if its something directly related to my job.

Anytime I want to voice my opinion to him it seems like Im a bother rather than an opportunity for professional development.

He just dgaf... lol and it can be cool to have a boss who doesn’t really care but the uncomfortable tension is def a bummer.

Strategically Im trying to switch bosses to a Pisces. Hope it’s the best for me.

Most times pain in the ass. The only libra lady I like is my hubby‘s auntie who is 67yrs old. She is mature and fun to be around.

lol libras cut corners for a smaller workload and that gets on the nerves of "we do it by teh book" caps. hahahaha

I had a Libra boss who criticized me for, get this, “thinking too globally”. I was like WTF! That’s a good trait. She wanted to put bandaids on a problem instead of fixing the root cause. Couldn’t see the forest for the trees.

She also fussed at me because I didn’t hang out in her office and gossip with her — uhhh, I’ve got work to do and don’t have time for that. She turned mean girl on me after that.

I had two close Cap friends, both opportunists AF, cut them off of my life.

Workwise Cap women are hard workers I admire that in them, but more like robots, as a libra I get bored so easily and slack for a while cause I simply need a break to recharge and start hustling again. I charm the pants off anyone I can't help it that's who I am as a libra and I won't apologise for that, the same as u take advantage of people to climb the ladder.

Good to have that feedback. I can see how a cap can be like that and how it could come across and be irritating.

Cap dom here. Without my libra office manager I'd be hating life. She is the gatekeeper of who has access to me. God bless that woman.

You have a lot of knowledge about psychology. Exactly as you said, they don’t want to take responsibility for their actions or mistakes and they are always blaming other people for their mistakes. They are fake, love to gossip, speaking bs behind your back and the list goes on, meh...

I always avoid libras 😊 My brother is a libra and our relationship is only diplomatic, we don't have a close relationship because I can't take his bs more then 5 minutes.

I had a bff that didn't last forever but it did last for a very long time because I just brushed all the crap under the rug where she wanted to hide it. Once I couldn't do it anymore, the friendship ended. Some are like this and some are not. Same as other signs. The traits might be there but only in some do they become exaggerated to the point that the sign gets branded. So I try to stay aware and therefore more knowledgeable. That doesn't always help when in the workplace. Relationships/friendships are different. Now I'm dating a Libra male and I see some similarities and some differences. I am only Cap Moon as well so.

I'm turned on my Libras and I think the attraction goes both ways...but man, most are so flaky despite wanting and supposedly desiring substance. It's like they're afraid of it, hopping into the depths. If it ain't beautiful or perfect, they don't seem like they want to work at it.
