I hope you're teasing, Tiz!!
The ones I know seem refreshing and light hearted, seem like fun laid back people. Except one I know and she's always harping over a breakup, always has man issues.
Two cardinals, how does that play out in the work force?

It can't be done 😛
why ?
I had a libra boss for a short amount of time. If you show you work hard and get things done they will like you and do nice things for you. It should be OK. You might outgrow and surpass him but when that happens just find another (move up) job.
The only experience I have with libras are those form this site and from school until I was 19. Must say, the libra class mates I had were the nice ones in the class. I know it's a clichée, but they were truly fair and stood up for the kids that were less fortunate popularity wise and gave people second chances. I had some contact with two of them for years after school, but we drifted apart - truly nice people.
I hope you are as lucky with your boss as I was with my classmates.
I've never had any Libra bosses, but I have 2 coworkers that are Libra and they're great to work with, team players.
Plus one of my really good friends is a Libra and he's so sweet and fun to be around. Congrats and good luck on your new position! 😄

There are two libra men in our middle management level.Their boss is my equal.
Two of their subordinates are on one of my project teams.
So...I can see them from two perspectives.
One on one....they are great.
However, stick anyone in the room with them that they feel has more authority and they will bend to their will on demand......regardless to what they may have agreed with you on ten minutes ago.
If you push the issue....they will literally pretend they did not have that conversation with you.
Libra/Virgo Moon
Libra/Cap Moon1. I don't discuss decisions with them, just opinions.
2. I rarely ask them their opinions anymore (because when push comes to shove, they don't matter....they'll buckle anyways....and I will not put my neck out there by myself for an opinion that is not my own)
3. I will give them a task and a deadline.....they rarely meet deadlines....so, I will bump up the deadline because I know I will have to remind them.
4. It took them a long time and a lot of me saying "No, I won't do that for you." before they respected my new position. They are just not that great in a political or corporate type environment. As people....both guys are okay (albeit one is way too political for my taste and I found porn on his workstation once).
This worries me because she wants me to fix production, efficiency and quality issues with a staff that has entitlement issues. I can do that, no problem. I will need her support though and when the staff complains (some will, some won't) I will need her to back me up. If she doesn't back me up, then I won't be effective and I will get frustrated.
I know I can't go in there all hardass. I'll have to take baby steps and build the staff trust before I start cracking down. I suspect there are issues they are having to deal with that they shouldn't have to and if I can fix that for them, then they will automatically be more productive and efficient. I'll need her support and help doing that.
I'm definitely going to earn my money for this position. Good thing I negotiated well! 🙂
She's told me she doesn't want a "yes" man. She wants someone who will argue with her and tell her directly "that's not going to work and this is why". I told her my current manager hates that about me. She's like "you're my gal!!".
So I'm hoping we will be able to work well together and I'll have her support when I need it.

Please note that I do not hate libras. I have a lot of libra in my chart myself. Tiz is my favourite libra aside from LibraSid and.......my daughter in law.I'm just trying to be as objective as I can be about the workplace.
I appreciate that. It gives me something to watch out for, so I can figure out how to work around that. 🙂

You just described a work collegue of mine. She's a scorpio with a Taurus moon...and a libra mars.
my brother in law is a libra sun, pisces moon, cancer mars, virgo venus, mercury in virgo.
I was informed about his working ethics and what goes on behind the scenes. He is a telemarketer, talking on the phone all day and try to get people to buy stuff.
he works full time at that job,
so you know that's hard work trying to sell stuff to people all day long.
anyway, what I heard, is that he complains about not reaching the top or that the management doesn't give him chances because when push comes to shove,
it's racial issues. He is mixed blood with mulatto and Malaysian mixed. he tells his family that there's a lot of white supremacy going on behind the scenes and if they choose someone it's not gonna be him and the white folks will get there /get chosen before him.
I can't believe that people would actually do that, choose the whites /racial issue and not really just choose someone based on their performance.
that's about it. He has a Capricorn mother who is still working her ass off after the age of 65 years old and still very strong.
Jeff Goldblum loves his capricorn wife.

Jeff Goldblum loves his capricorn wife.
wow another Capricorn woman/libra man pairing that is not Sting with his wife Trudie style s.
I saw that jeff goldblum is Capricorn mars, sag moon/venus. Libra sun, near the scorpio cusp. Oct. 22.
don't have a date on Emilie Livingston, except that she's January 4th. I bet she has libra, or a packed 7th house.
so interesting! I don't know when the cusp is closer, as Emily Blunt's husband (her - Pisces sun/Aries venus/Pisces mars, him libra sun) is Oct. 20. I would consider that cusp territory? maybe not, but he does have Scorpio venus and leo mars.
i work well with Libra actually. my libra ex and i actually made some good deals together. he would be a great business partner and we trust each other's judgements (business and business only. not emotionally compatible) but we share the same rising and moon.
Dont go all army general in whatever your position is, or abuse a position of power and it should be fine.
Just be yourself I get along with everyone and I'm Capricorn but remember you can't basis your relationships with people based on astrology. It's not always true.
now i'm beginning to UNDERSTAND the cap placements on a deeper level...
Capricorn moon always wants responsible people. but doesn't mean STATUS.
Venus cap and Capricorn mars NEED status.
because if you look, trudie style s was more her Scorpio mars, since she married a Double Libra.
and he has those songs, that give a CREEPY vibe, singing he's gonna watch you, very PLUTONIC.
so her Scorpio mars was going EEEEE!!
and her cap sun, finds him a responsible man,
and her aqua moon likes his eccentricity.
which is why my mother in law Cap sun/Pisces moon, Aqua venus conjunct Jupiter aqua, virgo mars,
was NEVER into STATUS men, just RESPONSIBLE men...
it's the sun/moon that likes responsibility.
lol duh, now I understand even though it's right in front of my face. lmao!!
no wonder, with cheakyfaire she likes that bartender (workaholic) but he's not status.
aqua venus/virgo mars.
edit: all placemnts of Capricorn likes RESPONSIBLITY. they can "feel" it...sense it.
My closest gf (met her as a colleague) is a Libra sun Sag moon Scorpio mercury, she is a more positive Libra I know. She tries to be diplomatic in most situations, but when something hits her hot buttons, she can fume and become very direct. Deep down she is nice, no motive, but when I initially know her I find her too nice......will not fight for her rights (in your case if your big boss is unfair to u, Libras will likely not stand up for u), she prefers everything to be at peace if possible......
I have another 2 friends Libra sun, not sure about other placements, they are really negative deep down, think the whole world is against them.....me being no nonsense cant stand their constant complaints......

I'm not asking in the relationship sense. My future new boss is a Libra and I'm wondering how this dynamic is going to play out.
I don't have very many libras in my life - only a couple of friends but I don't have enough experience with Libra to know what to expect.
