You've got the Cap sun and Scorpio moon to be a psychopathic egotistical being that's been pushed around, fucked over, and made the fool in the past from the Scopio moon, so they seek revenge. The cap sun makes the ruthless and materialistic. The urge for control and power would be insane, and amplified by the Scorpio moon. Then you put a charming placement like Libra sun to make it easy to manipulate and lie to the innocent. Hence, the placements of the devil.
What a combination. 🙆

That does make alot of sense. The person that has this has alot of amicable aspects though.

^^^ this guy has 4 of my dad's personal planet placements.
Only difference is dad is Taurus moon and Pisces rising.
Anyway, with that Aqua in his chart he will want goof friendship, my dad treats my mom like she's one of his male buddies :p ..and they like originality in people in general. They will not put up with fake, dramatic, overly feminine and stuff like that. They want people to be NORMAL and RAW. If that makes sense. Especially with Scorpio moon...he probably prefer a woman without overly womanly charms and lady-like behaviour(my dad hates lady like over actions) . Just be normal...but yes, they do fall for grace in a woman. Intelligence and originality is what defines them, and what they look for. Ofcourse, Cap sun traits also are very visible.
And....what else.. They like to be best buddies.
They are compartmentalised with everything. Emotions, work do not mix at all.
