Capricorn woman crazy for Virgo man

Hey! I've been going through the motions with a Virgo man for a couple of months now (old story, I know) and have been searching this site for answers. My problem: he has a Cancer gal as a girlfriend and yet, we talk almost every day at work and the intellectual connection is definitely there. I just wish I knew how to take it to the next level. Please don't say patience, because I've seen that advice a million times. What I mean by the next level is not sex, really, just a little step, like increased communication outside work. I think he holds back there because co-workers keep catching us chatting and I think he's worried that rumors will spread (it's a small company). I'm having a little trouble being bold, but I think he kind of stalks me on Twitter and other social media. Any tips for getting to the next level would be appreciated. Well, now that I see the level of my competition, I'm more confident than ever that I'll have this man sooner than I thought. Rawr, my little crab! Jealous much?

Wow, lots of crazy answers. If I was old enough to be his mother, I would have had him at 14, Teen Mom fan. I agree, I don't want a man in a relationship and I've let him know that. We only talk. We don't even really flirt. It's all in the mind for now. I didn't realize the people on the Capricorn board of this thing were so judgmental. He has a long distance relationship with someone and if he's talking to me every single day, maybe it's not working out for him. So, it's okay for 50 year old men to be with 20 year old women, but not the reverse? If we're super compatible, and he leaves his woman, why shouldn't we have a shot at happiness? That's all I'm saying...

If you're that super compatible, then he will return without any of us aiding on your behalf.

I think the general insight is to try not to force this situation. If it doesn't happen naturally, then it's not meant to be...sorry.

- I guess you could call us "judgmental", but it looks more like we Caps just analyzed what you told use and came up with pretty blunt conclusions. You trying/hoping to pursue someone who's currently in a relationship is an automatic no-no.

- As co-workers, maybe he's just more friendly with you than others but don't get any ideas right now. Let his relationship take it's course and then see what happens. So yes....you have to be patient!

- Who says it's okay for a much older man to be with a much younger woman (or vice versa)? It depends on why because many times such relationships aren't truly based on love (e.g. young one looking for a sugar daddy/mamma, older person wanting to feel more desirable by "cradle robbing", etc.).

-If you're super compatible and his relationship ends, then fine. But you have to wait until his relationship ends on its own. Interfering could do much more harm than good.

I have the same problem at my job but the story is different. I'm very serious about this capricorn woman. I was gonna ask her for her number the other day but sometimes I don't know if she's serious ab me.
I'd go to the end of my life to support her and look out for her. She giggled the other day and it really gave me a true sense of joy, Because I've been working so long to get close to her. We are in love ..she's there for me no matter what I'm going through. I feel wanted by her and she's truly wonderful. I don't even have to trust her I know everything will be fine when I'm around her. I talk to a cancer but we all have dreams and fears.. U know?
I never believe in soul mates.. but she has this magnetic pull that just melts my heart away and I hardly can handle it. If I could see her outside of work one time I think we could make a life together with no problems. Just challenges and love. I had a woman like this before and she broke my heart very badly! I'm insecure in relationships due to every relationship I've ever been in. But I know that the ones worth it will stick around. I don't have any problems trying new relationships. im scared to fail sometimes with women im not familiar with. I didnt want to disappoint anyone at work. Because I get very sensitive and jeleous around other men when I'm dating a woman. I hardly trust myself around crowds of ppl. I stick to the ones that truly care. Im a very sensitive person if my family life is messed up... In the past 3 days I've had to restructure my entire family due to the pain I've caused them.over years and years...
It's a shame things didnt work out between me and her I liked her alot! They laid me off right when I was getting my guts back. I do want to see her again one day but I don't know how to find her..

He's acting like a work buddy with u it's nothing more then that. Maybe he's embarrassed cos he can sence you want more n he has a gf. Plus he'll be super embarrassed if ur colleagues start gossiping - it's not a healthy position to put either of u in. Why would you do that to him or urself? He has a gf - no point going there. Of course u talk everyday - cos u work together everyday.
