Capricorns and Virgos

Hey everyone, I know some of this is mentioned in the "compatible thread" but i'm seeing a capricorn (male) and was wondering if anyone had some advice or insight on how a cap/virgo relationship works/seems!

The Virgo-Capricorn combination can be one the best combinations -- loving, supporting, passionate, stable. The only thing with this relationship is that the Virgo and Capricorn can find it hard to fall for each other because they both put up very thick walls. One has to trust the other completely before those walls come down. The best aspect of the Virgo-Capricorn relationship is the comfort zone -- these two have the ability to be "themselves" around each other once they feel its okay. This is where the true essence of the relationship will come into play.

I hate virgo bitches

Virgo's seems so great but they are emotionally unstable and don't want to process the fact they may actually like a capricorn so they retreat or withdraw as a defense mechanism to not let the Capricorn get too close to them. I have this really good friend in Baltimore that whenever he and I talk it's for hours and he keeps me laughing even when I don't want to laugh but the minute we start communicating too much he will disappear and we've talked about this and he confessed that is defense mechanism so he doesn't get hurt. So to me that's the sign of an unstable person even though I think Virgo guys are really down to earth and interesting to know as a person.

For what its worth....

Im a Capricorn and my housemate is a Virgo
We get on, but i find him to be very "Nit Picky" when theres no need to be, kinda hard to explain,
but sometimes it causes "Unpleasantness" LOL

My mum is Capricorn, my dad was Virgo - a match made in heaven right till the end.
However, im not sure that this combination is quite as stable as most astrology boards would have us
believe.
According to most Astrological Personality Traits - I am a Typical Capricorn
but ive known 4 Virgo's and i have to be honest, i havent particularly gotten on with any of them !!
Both signs are stubborn and can really rub each other up the wrong way.

I dont know, im only going from my personal experience, but hey, thought id share 🙂

i don't think it's a good match..taurus is a better earth sign match relationship wise for both of us i think. i'm surrounded by virgos..seems like there's more of them than any other sign. on a friendship level, i think it's great because we're like minded on things like stability, home, and finances. Capricorns are annoyed by virgo tendency to worry and fret over every little thing (virgos always wonder if they left the stove on)and to nitpick. the health/hypochondria thing is befuddling as well as they often attract illness. a lot of virgos have some ocd (usually has to with cleaning or health related) that drives us crazy. being like minded in a lot of ways makes it rather boring for both of us and saps creativity. i guess compatible placements in charts can make this work..just my opinion

See, here's the thing. As far as guys go, I tend to get along better with Virgo guys then the Taurus guys. However, the taurus guys don't seem to keep as many secrets as Virgo guys do. I had the taurus friend/ enenmy in high school -- he and I fought all the time lol, no joke. At one point, I wanted to kick him out of a moving car hahaha, I thought he was such an ass, but we seem to come together when it counted. We had one strange friendship ...

There been other taurus guys too but we've been okay friends, not as close as I get to Virgo guys. A taurus-gemini cusp guy was both a friend at one point but things turned to he becoming a love interest of mine. I'm friends with an Aries-Taurus cusp guy now who use to have a crush on me last summer. Now, he's really cool and down-to-earth and he keeps to himself, I like that 🙂 I don't know, maybe its about even with Taurus men and Virgo men lol

Now, as far as the women are concerned. I tend to get along better with taurus women than Virgo women. I'm not sure why I don't hate it off well with Virgo women (offline).

Virgo dude here with Cap/Sag girl (Dec 25th) , we've been together for 6 months now and more in love with one another as each day passes..

Capricorns who (think they) know about astrology seem to reject their natural attractions (Virgo and Taurus), it seems like a conscious decision rather than allowing things to happen without the astrological prejudices.

Yes, the relationship between a Virgo and a capricorn can be one of the best, it just depends on where they are in life. They're perception of life really determines this couples fate.

I think this works better when the virgo is a women and the man is a cap. just be carful a lot cap men cheat don't know y. they cheat like a sag but they stay with u. i just realise this girl i hate is a cap lol. thats funny bc my moon is in cap lol.

Some do have a bad habit though I must admit but most don't. Caps are not like sags. To me hate is a bit of a strong word as I have never been able to hate someone.

I have a feeling capricorn is a misclassified sign. We used to be a water sign and have been mixed up with earth in error.....this is why we get on best with pisces and scorpio and even cancer.

It's as if Caps are this water soul that somehow got stuck inside an Earth body. lol! This seems to be the reason why a lot of Caps seem to hate themselves so much. One Cap told me how he just wants to break free from "this earthly body" (his words). Perhaps this is the reason why, later on in life, many Caps turn to spirituality? A return to the soul?

I think Caps just have to embrace the fact that they have the best of both worlds, Earth & Water. They can climb the highest mountains & can also swim the deepest darkest oceans.

I too join you int his feeling. I always wondered about it but couldn't pinpoint it. I told a friend who is born on the same day with me that I felt like this. She says all the time she feels we were misclassified and that often we turn to a deep realm of spirituality the older we get which is true from my experience. We pondered why capricorns disliked/hated themselves. Hate is a strong word but the caps I have spoken to on this all seem to say this.

um i've left my Cap, venus in cap, virgo moon.. man. and gave back the ring. my next one is a Leo...ooooh but his venus is in cancer. i like.

the cap is a nice man though. a family man..workaholic cos he has his own company and even works on sundays(saturdays-off)... ready to settle down at the age of 31 and wanted to marry me. handsome and sexy. but i left bcos he's Too insecure and Too controlling...moody..too much drama(not the kind of drama that i can take) but lack of passion. i am a passionate and intense virgo (mars in scorpio)


virgos cheat? maybe they're just keeping their options open until they've found the One 😉
