I think of sarcasm. Like you being gross and me going reallll classy sirhorns. This is the only time I can think of when I'd call a capricorn classy.

When I think of class, I think Audrey Hepburn.

Manners, style, confident, kindness, social graces, behaving appropriately, integrity, credibility.

She was a Taurus, though. But very classy.
