So, us caps are really goal oriented. Curious as to how having a fixed mars plays into working toward your goals. Do you think that fixed mars makes you more determined, unwaivering in your goals in a way that you might work longer or in a more determined way to make those goals come true?

How does that fixed mars affect your goals at work? In your personal life? In your relationships?

Does it feel like once you lock into your goal that your focus remains there? Is it easy to drop one goal and switch to another? Does it seem like you are willing to be more patient and work longer to achieve that goal? Longer than you should? When it's time to regroup and alter your goal, do you have a hard time with that? Too focused (fixated) on the same goal?

Just curious how caps with a fixed mars go about it.

I have mars in aqua. I am very determined and really focused on my goals. I get obsessed with things I put my mind on to and I want to do it the best possible way. I do respect the traditional way of getting things done but I feel if there is a better way to do things than the traditional way then I would go for that. I hate routine though. I love challenges at work and resolving them.

It's not that easy for me to switch on to goals. Its definitely possible but doesn't come easily. I will be still thinking about that unfinished goal at the back of my mind. I can wait as long as I want to achieve something.

My mars is aqua too. Everything you said fits me. I like that there is more than one way to reach the goal and I'll try different methods to get there.

I feel like I fixate on a goal until its accomplished, even if it takes a long time.

Same here. I also strive for perfectionism. I recently read an article that says aiming for perfectionism is not right and that you should just let it go and accept things for what they are. I can understand that concept when it comes to human beings but wanting other things to be perfect, is it really that bad?. I am mainly talking about bigger projects. With regards to the painting e.g. even I would let it go and think why sweat the small stuff.
