Hard Time Expressing Emotions..

Has anyone felt like its soooo hard for them to express their emotions?? I seriously have the hardest time with it and wanna know how other caps are... I honestly have been called a robot/cold/cruel before and its not that I don't have emotions its just hard for me to express them openly like maybe a water sign. It makes me sad like I'm not normal 😢 what do I do ?

I am terrible at it and I am pretty watery. Being bad at expressing emotions doesn't mean you don't have them. All we can do is work on it - I know I do, but it's difficult.

I'm a Pisces sun...but that's just about it for being watery. I can express my emotions very easily but I have been around some that cannot do it as easily. I agree that just because you can't express them as easily doesn't mean you don't have them...but on the other end, it's really hard being the friend, daughter, girlfriend who can whilst the other person who cant. It can make someone feel that their feelings are not being reciprocated in return.

I know that sometimes it's much easier to put pen to paper...and it's just as appreciated by the person to receive it...if you want to try...

This is the problem I run into. My boyfriends are always openly expressive and then there is me. I dated two cancers and I'm pretty sure they thought I came off unemotional when that wasn't the case. I hate it. I have sent letters before but I would really like to work on verbal expression..

It's hard for Caps to ask for anything from anyone.. We're too self reliant and that is what makes it hard many times. We harness our emotions in, bcuz its safer that way.

It's hard for me to express our emotions, it can be used against me later, or it may backfire, and it's too much of a risk. I have to hold my cards close.

It sucks I know. 😭

I have a close Cap girlfriend, she's the same way with other people, but not to each other bcuz we understand.

My emotions are better expressed in action or on paper. When I try to say them aloud they come out wrong.

just kidding. I don't do drugs, but I drink wine.

One thing I have found helps sometimes is to just straight out tell them that I'm bad at it. This I only do when they have expressed themselves or if I for some other reason think the timing is right.

What if I said that the rest of the zodiac is overly expressive and Capricorns are just perfect? 😛 yes that's how I look at it 😄

I think Capricorn is Capricorn because of their very self-controlled guarded robotic demeanour... Some of us go crazy over it, you just don't feel sad!

Okay honestly though, yes..i have times when I felt like I'm talking to a wall, but...its just who they are.. It just takes some patience on the beloved's part to really *look* at them.. One can see their feeling in their robotic faces. And communication there does happen without having to say anything or without having to do anything(tears, etc). Some things are better felt than actively expressed. It has that different level of authenticity. And personally, I love this quality about Caps although sometimes they put a very huge show to deflect attention â¤
