How do I find out what my sun, rising, moon, and Venus ?? I was boring December 28th 1992 at 8:00pm in santo Domingo DR.. I want to know?! I feel like there a lot I'm missing out

Go to cafeastrology.com and look under free reports. Then select birth chart. Enter in your data (birthday, place and time of birth) and it will give you a full report with an explanation of what each placement and your individual aspects mean.
