You have an earth grand trine, sun/mercury capricorn - saturn/mars virgo - and taurus ascendant. It is hard to tell which houses are involved.
Your venus is conjunct the moon's south node. Venus is important because it is your ascendant ruler. It is elevated probably up in the 10th house (but could be 9th or 11th). The south node is kind of related to things you've done before/accomplished/past. The outer planets pluto, neptune, and uranus all aspect venus.

Not sure how old you are but keep in mind Venus can take as long as 27 years to mature and begin expressing itself. Other than that, taking placements in isolation is good as a starting point yet it's like looking at ingredients before you throw them into a pot. It's never going to come out the oven or off the stove tasting the same. And that's what the aspects are, it's how your chart is working together as a sum rather than parts.
