Need Cancer leave me alone- Any experience Caps?

I had dated a Cancer back in the fall. Thought I broke up with him, but he's calling again. How is the best way to get him to leave me alone without hurting his feelings. I tried being honest, but he doesn't seem to listen or doesn't believe me.

He's a nice guy, just not for me. He's whiny and pouty, though.

I don't want to resort to the Cap cold shoulder.

Tell him you are in love with someone else that you had a history with before him and you dont want to mess up your second chance, tell him youll help him find someone. offer each time he popps up. Nothing will drive someone away on their own faster.
