So I started talking to this Capricorn man about a month ago - we have never met but we have a lot of mutual friends and I mean a lot so he's not a complete stranger at all. The other week he told me his (our) friend suggested we all go out to dinner next week (at the time) and I said sure. That week he didn't msg me to organise dinner or anything then he msgs me on the Friday and says 'seeing me?? orrr' and I said yes and he said we are definatly doing something Sunday/Monday. When we were talking the Friday night he seemed really interested and told me to msg him on Saturday and I did and we spoke abit. Come Sunday, not a word. So I message him on the Monday and he was responsive but busy (he was working in the morning then went shopping in the arvo). So it's now Thursday and we haven't spoken since I msged him on Monday. I'm not sure why he was so eager to meet me/catch up and then not follow it up. I am a bit annoyed and confused as to what his intentions are.
