It's for some one else.
I agree that it's a constant process. I think though, reading some thing like that may make one aware to atleast look into it.
Hey,
I have two for you 🙂 :
1. This one is by Joyce Meyer -- "Managing Your Emotions: Instead of Your Emotions Managing You"
2. This on is by Robert Elliott -- "Learning Emotion-Focused Therapy: The Process-Experiential Approach to Change"
LOOK THESE TWO UP, thy may be of some help 😉
hey cappysweetie,
Let me browse those two.
Thanks for the names.
I am also going to B& N to see if I can find something.
No problem 😉

Making unemotional people emotional..
Or teching some one how to love others without being scared? I am talking about romantic love and not the spiritual love for God etc.
I guess I am not getting proper words but, I am looking for a book that can help a person not feel so tense or overwhelmed by emotions/love/deep feelings they feel for someone. It is because feeling too much for some one can be scary at times. Infact, recognizing those feelings might as well be the first step in itself. May a book on recognizing feelings one feels and how to handle them positively might help too.
Thanks
